PRSA Sailors:  Please take note of 2 items for racing on Sunday, 28 April, 2019.

1) An offset mark at the windward mark (as allowed by PRSA SIs 7.3) will be used on Sunday 28 April 2019.   The offset mark will be a small red-orange ball (“hippity hop”).

2) The RC will already be out on the course when you arrive at WMS on Sunday (we will be running races for the I-20 Cherry Blossom Regatta).  PRSA Commodore Kyra Tallon will conduct the on-shore skipper’s meeting and risk assessment/weather briefing at 1000 as per usual.  Please remember to check in at the signal boat as you arrive in the racing area.  Please be mindful of the fact that there may already be an I-20 race in progress as you sail up the river.
